When to use ‘Have, Has, & Had’ in spoken English?

“HAS” is referring to present tense used with pronouns of third-person singulars, such as he, she, it or Name.
E.g.

For example, in the tense case:

I/We/They/You- Have

He/She/It- Has

·        Past tense – Had

I/We/They/You/She/He - Had

·        Future tense – Will have

Ø First person – I/We/Me/My/Mine/Our/Us/Ours

Ø Second person – Your/Your/Yours

Ø Third person – He/She/Him/Her/They/Them/Thiers/It

For example, in the sentence case:

·        He have a problem with her friends. (wrong)

·        I have a problem with my friends. (correct)

·        He has a problem with her friends. (present)

·        He had a problem with her friends. (past)

Ø He/She/It – has

Ø We/You/ They - have

For singular subject, use - HAS
For plural subject, use - HAVE

-He is really having a problem with her friends.

-He had a problem with her friends tells us that he once had a problem with her friends but is now resolved.
